BOOKING & Payment
All appointments require a non-refundable booking fee that goes towards your final price. If you need to change your booking date, we will transfer the booking fee to a future date, but there are no refunds under any circumstances. Booking fees are NON-REFUNDABLE.
Your balance (minus the booking fee) is due at the time of your appointment.
We are a cash only shop. If you would like to use a credit card, it is up to each artist if they will accept Venmo, Paypal, and Cash App, etc.
Cancellations & Lateness
We have a 24-hour cancellation policy and a 15-minute late policy. Please call us at (929) 434-8004 if you are going to be late.
Please account for weather, train delays, traffic, and street parking when planning your trip. This is not an excuse.
Being more than 15-minutes late or giving less than 24-hours notice to reschedule will result in a forfeited appointment and/or additional fees at our discretion.
If you are 15+ minutes late and we are no longer have time for your appointment, your card on file will charged a $50 late cancel fee.
If you are 15+ minutes late and we can still accommodate your appointment, a $20 late fee will be added to your final price.
If you do not show up or cancel within 24-hours of your appointment, your card on file will charged a $50 no show/late cancel fee.
Requirements
You must be at least 18-years old on the date of your service. Please be ready to present a valid government-issued ID at the time of your service. If you do not meet these requirements, I will be unable to serve you and you will pay a $50 late cancel fee.
Please refrain from using your cell phone during your service.
