BOOKING & Payment

All appointments require a non-refundable booking fee that goes towards your final price. If you need to change your booking date, we will transfer the booking fee to a future date, but there are no refunds under any circumstances. Booking fees are NON-REFUNDABLE.

Your balance (minus the booking fee) is due at the time of your appointment.

We are a cash only shop. If you would like to use a credit card, it is up to each artist if they will accept Venmo, Paypal, and Cash App, etc.

Cancellations & Lateness

We have a 24-hour cancellation policy and a 15-minute late policy. Please call us at (929) 434-8004 if you are going to be late.

Please account for weather, train delays, traffic, and street parking when planning your trip. This is not an excuse.

  • Being more than 15-minutes late or giving less than 24-hours notice to reschedule will result in a forfeited appointment and/or additional fees at our discretion.

  • If you are 15+ minutes late and we are no longer have time for your appointment, your card on file will charged a $50 late cancel fee.

  • If you are 15+ minutes late and we can still accommodate your appointment, a $20 late fee will be added to your final price.

  • If you do not show up or cancel within 24-hours of your appointment, your card on file will charged a $50 no show/late cancel fee.

Requirements

You must be at least 18-years old on the date of your service. Please be ready to present a valid government-issued ID at the time of your service. If you do not meet these requirements, I will be unable to serve you and you will pay a $50 late cancel fee.

Please refrain from using your cell phone during your service.
